Rosanna has already got a really good handle on her weight so her objective was to tone up and change her body shape.
We began by tracking her food, not in order to create a major deficit but to ensure she was getting the right balance of protein, carbohydrate and fat. I created nutritional plans for her so all Rosanna needed to do was follow my guidance on the right foods to incorporate into her diet. Doing this alongside more strength-based workouts gave Rosanna the perfect combination to see gradual changes in her figure. By the end of the programme, her shape had toned up and changed from a size 10 to a size 8!
