Linda was facing some big changes to her body, and in order to tackle them she didn’t want to be carrying any additional weight that could get in the way.
Linda has always trained hard – and before coming to me had tried many diet plans before – but she knew if she was educated on the right foods to eat, and made a few tweaks to her nutrition, she’d start to see changes. Having tried many diets, Linda was a little sceptical at first, however after a week or two on the programme, she knew so much more about nutrition and the best foods to aid her training than she ever had before.
Reaching her stone loss was incredible for Linda and she is finally happy with the way she looks.
