Glenn came on board wanting to lose body fat, predominantly from his abdomen and lower back area.
Once Glenn was tracking his food and hitting his protein target, it didn’t take long to get rid of the excess body fat, so then we could change our goal to muscle definition. By once again upping Glenn’s protein target a little more and focusing further on strength training, we soon began to see changes to Glenn’s upper body. Glenn now feels confident enough to continue his journey on his own!
